Do this 3 times around.

6 x Lunges
5 x Chin ups
10 x Squats
7 x Push ups

Quickly squeeze it in somewhere in your day. Trust me – something is better than nothing!

I’m still to perfect the art of chin ups, but I’m persisting ūüėĚ And don’t worry if you don’t have a pull up bar, just head out to the local playground.
