The Easiest healthy crumble you will ever make!

No butter, no sugar. Vegan, dairy free, sugar free.

Ingredients
2 pears
1 Cup frozen raspberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
Whole grain oats (or quinoa flakes for gluten free version)
1/2 cup Crushed nuts (I used walnuts & cashews)
Generous pinch of Shaved coconut (optional)

1. Roughly dice pears and put in baking dish
2. Add frozen berries
3. Add oats, crushed nuts and coconut on top

I sprayed top with canola oil. Not sure it was necessary.

Bake in oven 45 mins at 200 degrees
